Lifting fog

This is part of my abstract cityscapes series. Fog always has this mystical quality, like the heavens descended. Towns settled high in the hills with houses on the cliffs always fascinates me. The morning are filled with fog that lifts as the sun rises slowly revealing selective parts much like my paintings.
