My paintings are based on intuition taking their cues from the realms of memory and place. This particular series reflects the countless hours I spent in my garden throughout the spring and summer.

I knew growing Cauliflowers and Broccoli would be challenging because of the vulnerability to the bugs, and that was indeed the case, however, it became a daily adventure and a source of excitement to hunt for these caterpillars and relocate them.
